NTSend provides a graphical user interface to Windows popup messages that does not require any installation on client machines. It automatically discovers and lists all users, machines, groups and domains on the network and lets you select them as recipients for your message. In addition, you can save your lists of recipients for later use and broadcast a message to all the members of an existing network group.
